At RoyalRubies Jewels, we focus on providing transparency and trust in every purchase. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are issued. Please note: this page covers refunds only. A separate Return & Exchange Policy will be created later.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be approved under the following conditions:
- You have cancelled the order before it is shipped.
- You have returned the product only if eligible under the Return & Exchange Policy (to be published separately).
- Refunds apply only after the item passes quality inspection when applicable.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Engraved items
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Orders cancelled after dispatch
- Items that fail the quality check upon return (based on future Return Policy)
3. Refund Timelines
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refund to original payment method: 5–7 business days
- Refund to bank account (COD orders): 7–10 business days after bank details are received
- Store credit refunds: Issued within 24 hours
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If you cancel before the order is shipped, you will receive a full refund.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
5. Defective or Wrong Product Refunds
If the item you receive is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
You may be eligible for a refund after verification. Please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos and an unboxing video.
A replacement or refund will be processed depending on your preference (refund applies only if the product is returned and passes verification).
6. Shipping Charges
- If the refund is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover all shipping charges.
- In all other cases, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
