At RoyalRubies Jewels, we strive to deliver your jewellery safely, quickly, and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Customized or personalized jewellery may take 5–12 business days for processing.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

We partner with trusted and secure courier partners for safe delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-metro cities: 3–8 business days
  • Remote locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on pincode, courier workload, festivals, or unforeseen delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India.
  • COD orders may include an additional COD fee.
  • Any special or express delivery options (if available) may incur additional charges.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number.
  • You can track the shipment through the courier partner’s website.

If you need help tracking your order, contact our support team.


5. Delivery Attempts

Courier services usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Unavailability of customer
  • No response at delivery time

The order may be returned to us. Re-shipping may require additional charges.


6. Packaging & Safety

  • All jewellery is shipped in tamper-proof packaging.
  • In case the package looks opened or tampered with, do not accept delivery.
  • Report the issue immediately with photos.

7. International Shipping (Optional — Add when needed)

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping options will be introduced soon.


8. Delivery Delays

We work hard to deliver orders on time, but delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Festivals or sales congestion
  • Courier operational issues
  • Remote location constraints

RoyalRubies Jewels is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.


9. Wrong, Damaged, or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A wrong shipment
  • Missing items

You must contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Photos of the package
  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

We will resolve the issue with priority.
